CUSTOM ORDERS
For custom orders, please purchase through the custom listing in my shop. There it also contains prices and I'll keep you updated throughout creating your piece. Custom cardigan orders are typically made between 4-30 weeks. For any other piece such as trousers, bralettes and 2 piece sets, feel free to email me to discuss!
REPAIRS
I try my hardest to make sure what I make is made to last, but if there is a problem such as yarn coming apart I am happy to repair it for you for free, just message me and show me some photos to see what the issue is. However, if anything is purposely broken or altered I am not liable to fix these for free, as it is your responsibility to look after your items once they've been sent out.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
I ship worldwide using a tracked and signed postal service. Purchased items normally get sent out between 1-2 business days and I will send you over the tracking.
If there are any delays regarding postal strikes I will let you know.
Thank you for your purchase. I hope you love it! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to me with 30 calander days for a for a full refund, however the item must be in the same condition as it was sent out in and not damaged in any way.
Damaged items, or refunds asked for after the 30 calander days will not be eligible for a refund.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
I mainly work with acrylic DK yarn, but in the case of my scrap yarn projects its a mixture of everything. I understand some folk may have a sensory processing disorder and may require different materials such as thicker yarn, fluffy, velour ect, please fill in my custom form!
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
With every order I ship out I will send you the tracking details!For UK orders I send using royal mail 1st class guaranteed before 1pm, and for overseas shipping I send using standard tracking.However if there are any delays I will message you and let you know.
CAN I ORDER OUT OF STOCK SIZES?
Yes certainly! This will come under a custom order, but most of my clothes such as the cardigans and sweaters are an oversized fit, but I can make them as large or small as you desire 😊
I FILLED OUT A CUSTOM ORDER AND I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU YET
As it is entirely me making everything, please expect items to not be whipped up in a matter of hours! I try to get back in touch with everyone as quickly as I can in regards to prices, sizes, and shipping but orders can take me anywhere from a couple days to a few weeks. Cardigans for example take me just over a week to make! Rest assured I am not intentionally ignoring you, I'll be in touch within a couple days if you enquire me about anything ☀️
